- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I did a Google search for insurance offices that deal with progressive. This office popped up as an office which brokers through progressive and I went there to complete an endorsement on my policy. The next month I went there to cancel my progressive policy and the lady who helped me told me they will not help me again and the service they did before was a one time courtesy -as their office did not write my policy. She said "We are not a fax service and you are not a client." I explained that I will be getting a new policy in the coming weeks and that I wanted to have it written at their office as they are close by. She explained that until it's written by them they will not help me. I will NOT have them write my new policy directly as a result of the way I was treated. The underwriter was rude and offered me no assistance as a future customer. They have lost my business.By John Doe, September 06, 2017
